A delivery service needed a festive social post that felt like a story people would share, not an ad. It had to show what the service does without selling it.
Lead Designer — Illustration & Social — working with Pidge across Six-panel illustrated comic, character illustration, episode title card and end card.
Told the product through a story: a sick friend misses her Christmas ritual, a friend has an idea, and a rider makes it happen
Gave the series a recurring cast and an episode label, so viewers can follow it from post to post
Varied the pacing with a diagonal split on the last row and a close-up on the gift tag with the line about 2020
Kept the brand in the story: a purple delivery bag and uniform, and a closing end card
Held the brand purple constant, with maroon and mustard for the cosy home scenes
