IFRS 18 is a dense accounting standard that many finance leaders would rather skim than study. The question was whether a story-led format could make it engaging, and how far AI tools could take the video from script to finished film without a traditional animation pipeline.

Framed the standard as a conversation among three colleagues, a senior executive, a finance manager, and an analyst, instead of a narrated explainer
Chose a stylised 3D animated look, so the characters' expressions could carry the tension and relief of working through a difficult change
Kept the technical content on screen as the anchor: the draft profit and loss statement, the implementation workplan, the management performance measures, and the project timeline all appear on boardroom screens
Held the characters, the boardroom setting, and the blue palette constant across scenes, so the film feels like one continuous piece
Closed on the clean Uniqus end card and tagline, bringing an AI-generated film back into the brand
Wrote the script and directed the AI tools: prompts, shot list, iteration, and selecting the best takes
